GDP C.A.P.T.U.R.E is the integrated operating system that turns the group's investment method into a repeatable, scalable and auditable platform. Deal evaluation, the construction of each investment case, alpha chain underwriting, operational execution, capacity management and performance attribution run on a single data model. C.A.P.T.U.R.E is a true omnivore and does end-to-end management of opportunities and portfolio interests across distressed real estate, digital businesses, operating companies and hybrid situations.

The Alpha Chain Valuation Module
At the heart of the system is the Alpha Chain Valuation Module. It does two things. It projects forward the staged capture of alpha along the chain — from first sight of a situation to final realisation — recognising the inflection points at which value crystallises and the risk profile of the remaining chain resets. And it reverse-engineers the total alpha available in a situation: constructing a live, market-derived Full Value for the asset in its fully de-risked state — updated continuously as rates, sector multiples and comparable transactions move — and subtracting the constrained price paid at entry. Gross Alpha and Remaining Alpha are always displayed as a variance from the original underwriting. Investors have access to this information.

Cost of Capture and Net Alpha
Every link of the chain, and every material milestone within it, carries an explicit time budget and a financial budget. Those budgets sit in a dependency structure that drives the allocation of the group's in-house teams across the portfolio. From them the platform maintains a running Cost of Capture, subtracted from Remaining Gross Alpha to produce the single most important number in the system: Net Alpha — the live economic signal that tells the firm whether to accelerate, hold, partially crystallise, or exit.

A stalled residential scheme and a distressed digital platform remain operationally different; both are valued, risk-managed and resource-allocated by the same rigorous grammar.
